Panzura and CCL partner to offer GFSaaS
Panzura announced a partnership with CCL, which became the first MSP organization to offer Panzura GFSaaS to its customers. The delivery model was co-developed by the partners.

CCL announces conditional sale of network services assets
Spark announced that its wholly owned provider CCL had signed a conditional agreement to divest the operational parts of CCL’s network services division to a member of CCL’s management team, who would establish a new business called Octave. CCL and Spark would retain existing contracted client relationships, with Octave engaged as a subcontractor.
