CDW subsidiaries price $2.5 billion senior notes offering
CDW announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries had priced a registered offering of $2.5 billion in senior notes. The proceeds, together with cash on hand, were intended to fund CDW's previously announced acquisition of Granite Parent Inc. and related fees and expenses.
