EU conditionally approves JD.com–CECONOMY deal
The European Commission conditionally approved JD.com’s acquisition-related partnership with CECONOMY under the Foreign Subsidies Regulation. CECONOMY said this was the final outstanding regulatory approval for the offer documents.

CECONOMY upgrades fiscal 2020 outlook
CECONOMY upgraded its fiscal 2020 outlook, saying it expected only a slight decline in currency- and portfolio-adjusted total sales and EBIT of €165 million to €185 million, excluding earnings effects from equity-accounted companies.
