Argo Blockchain and Celsius resolve litigation
Argo Blockchain said it reached an amicable resolution to pending litigation with Celsius Network. The agreement terminated a lease, included a US$6.3 million payment from Argo to Celsius, transferred title to 4,500 mining machines to Argo, and ended a mining-services arrangement in exchange for a Bitcoin payment from Celsius.
