Sohu announces filing of definitive Changyou merger plan
Sohu announced that Changyou Merger Co. and Changyou had entered into a definitive Plan of Merger and filed it with the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies. Under the plan, Sohu will acquire the Changyou shares it does not already beneficially own through a merger planned to take effect on April 17, 2020; the merger was not reported as completed.
