Malaysia franchise and rebranding dispute
La Kaffa terminated its agreement with Loob Holding, after which 161 of 165 Malaysian Chatime outlets were rebranded as Tealive. The dispute proceeded through Malaysian courts and Singapore arbitration before an out-of-court settlement in 2018.
Australian wage underpayment allegations
