Youdi Technology completes B+ funding round
Youdi Technology announced that it completed its B3 funding round, with Snowball Capital leading and Junlian Capital, China Merchants Capital and Convivialite Ventures participating. The company said the completed B2 and B3 rounds together constituted a billion-yuan-scale B+ round.

GLP agrees to invest in China Merchants Capital
China Merchants Group and GLP signed an investment agreement under which GLP would increase the capital of China Merchants Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Merchants Group. After the capital increase, each party would hold 50%; completion remained subject to approval by relevant departments.
