Terminal Link proposes to acquire a 10-terminal portfolio
China Merchants Port announced that Terminal Link proposed to acquire interests in a portfolio of 10 terminals from CMA CGM and its affiliates for a total consideration of $955 million. The memorandum of understanding also provided for China Merchants Port to subscribe for up to $468 million of Terminal Link mandatory convertible bonds and provide it with a secured term loan facility of up to $500 million.
