China Properties agrees to acquire remaining 49% stake in Tsuen Wan redevelopment project company
China Properties announced that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Current Sino Limited, had agreed to acquire 49% of the issued share capital of Long Yu (Hong Kong) Limited and the sale loan. Completion was scheduled for February 28, 2020, or a later date agreed in writing by the parties.
