    Clarity Metals completes acquisition of 80% interest in Bobcat copper project, Idaho

    Clarity Metals Corp. announced on October 14, 2026 that, further to its September 23, 2026 news release, it has completed the acquisition of an 80% interest in mineral claims in Lemhi County, Idaho known as the Bobcat Project. The acquisition was completed through its new wholly-owned Nevada subsidiary, Critical Copper Nevada Corp., with Clarity issuing 20,000,000 units at a deemed price of $0.05 per unit to the Vendor. Kluane Capital FZCO and Cloudbreak Discovery PLC each hold a 10% carried interest in the Property, and the parties intend to form a joint venture after a positive pre-feasibility study.
