Navitas announces acquisition of Claros
Navitas Semiconductor announced it will acquire Claros, a power management company developing vertical power delivery and integrated voltage regulator technology for AI data centres, in a transaction valued at around $232.8m based on Navitas' closing stock price on August 21, 2026. The acquisition is intended to extend Navitas' AI infrastructure portfolio from the grid to the xPU.
