Veolia completes sale of new Suez
Veolia announced it completed the sale of new Suez to a consortium composed of Meridiam, GIP, CDC Group and CNP Assurances on January 31, 2022. The divestiture included Suez water and recycling recovery activities in France and other international assets and activities.

Aviva sold its Italian insurance business to Allianz and CNP Assurances for €873 million. Allianz acquired the general insurance business and CNP Assurances bought the life insurance unit.
