CohnReznick acquires Aldrich
Top 25 accounting firm CohnReznick announced the acquisition of Top 75 firm Aldrich, adding over $108 million in revenue, more than 500 employees and 48 partners, and the Aldrich group of companies including Aldrich CPAs + Advisors and Aldrich Wealth, a registered advisory firm with $8 billion in assets under management. The deal expands CohnReznick's West Coast footprint and is expected to officially close in mid-December.

CohnReznick, a Top 25 accounting firm based in New York, acquired Minneapolis-based regional firm Smith Schafer & Associates, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The deal expands CohnReznick's footprint in the Midwest; financial terms were not disclosed.
