European Commission fines Conserve Italia €20 million over cartel
The European Commission fined Conserve Italia and its subsidiary Conserves France a total of €20 million, ruling that they had participated with other market participants in a cartel involving the supply of certain canned vegetables in the European Economic Area for more than 13 years.
