Odebrecht fined $50 million in Colombia
Colombia's industry and commerce regulatory agency announced a $50 million fine against Odebrecht for implementing a system restricting free competition related to a highway contract. The agency said Odebrecht and local partners diverted contract resources to pay a $6.5 million bribe to a government official.
