Yangpu signs strategic cooperation agreements with COSCO Shipping Energy and Bank of China Hainan Branch
Yangpu Economic Development Zone’s management committee signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation Co. and Bank of China Hainan Branch. COSCO Shipping Energy also signed a cooperation agreement with the committee that provides for establishing a Hainan COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation company in Yangpu.

COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation approves proposed merger with Shanghai Tanker
COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation's board approved a proposed absorption merger with its wholly owned subsidiary Shanghai Tanker. If completed, Shanghai Tanker would cease to exist as a legal entity and its assets, liabilities, contracts, rights and obligations would be assumed by the parent; no consideration would be paid.
