Haier Smart Home announces proposed divestiture of majority stake in COSMOPlat
Haier Smart Home announced that it proposed to transfer its 54.50% stake in Haier COSMOPlat IoT Ecosystem Technology to Qingdao Haier Ecological Investment for 4.06 billion yuan. The proposed transaction would leave Haier Smart Home with an aggregate 18.75% indirect and direct interest, and COSMOPlat would no longer be included in its consolidated statements.

Haier Smart Home announces planned sale of its Kaos stake
Haier Smart Home announced that it plans to transfer 54.50% of Kaos to Haier Eco Investment for 4.06 billion yuan. The transaction was approved by the board on July 29 and still requires shareholder approval.
