TCL Huaxing completes acquisition of Samsung Display's Suzhou interests
TCL Huaxing and Samsung Display completed the transfer of 60% of Suzhou Samsung Electronics LCD Technology and 100% of Suzhou Samsung Display, alongside Samsung Display's investment in TCL Huaxing. Operational handover was substantially completed from April 1, 2021.
