Curaleaf launches US$260 million takeover bid for Aurora Cannabis
U.S.-based cannabis firm Curaleaf Holdings launched a takeover bid for Canadian producer Aurora Cannabis valuing it at about US$260 million, offering 0.3463 Curaleaf shares and 75 cents in cash per Aurora share, a total consideration of US$4 per share, open until December 1 subject to regulatory approvals and support from more than half of Aurora's independent shareholders.

Curaleaf completed acquisition of its remaining Florida asset stake
Curaleaf issued shares and agreed to pay cash in exchange for the remaining 11.38% interest in Palliatech Florida LLC and a 7.97% interest in Curaleaf Florida, LLC, completing the acquisition of the final portion of its Florida operations.
