Court approves Dalian Shipbuilding subsidiary’s bankruptcy distribution plan
The Dalian Intermediate People's Court recognized the bankruptcy-property distribution plan approved by creditors of Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group Shipbuilding Engineering Co., a subsidiary of Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group. The plan provides for Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group to receive RMB 195 million; it had not received the funds as of the announcement.
