    ONE Data launches Development Finance Observatory AI platform with Google.org and Rockefeller Foundation support

    On October 14, 2026, during the World Bank-IMF Annual Meetings, ONE Data, an initiative of the ONE Campaign, launched the Development Finance Observatory, an AI platform giving governments, journalists, think tanks and the public free, rapid access to global aid, lending and debt data. The platform is built on Data Commons by Google with support from The Rockefeller Foundation's independent charitable affiliate RF Catalytic Capital; ONE Data, Google.org and The Rockefeller Foundation had announced the intention to build it in January with $4 million in combined funding.
