Datang International approves absorption merger of Hohhot Thermal Power into Renewable Resources
Datang International's board approved a plan for Inner Mongolia Datang International Renewable Resources Development to absorb Hohhot Thermal Power after the latter becomes wholly owned by Datang International. Under the plan, Renewable Resources would survive and Hohhot Thermal Power would be dissolved, with its assets, rights, obligations and contracts transferred to the surviving company.

Datang International's board approved a proposal to acquire the minority stake in Hohhot Thermal Power held by China Datang Corporation for RMB 17.8203 million, subject to the final asset valuation filing and state-owned asset transfer procedures.
