Rossignolo government-funds case
Revival-company chairman Gian Mario Rossignolo was arrested amid allegations that government support intended to restart De Tomaso had been misused. The revival project failed, employees were made redundant and Rossignolo was later convicted on fraud and embezzlement-related charges.
