Deluxe Corporation completed its acquisition of Celero Commerce, a deal first disclosed on June 18, expanding Deluxe's digital payments capabilities. The combined entity is expected to handle over $70 billion in annual transactions and incorporate more than 55,000 merchant relationships and 130 bank partners.
