European Commission opens investigation into German support for DB Cargo
The European Commission opened an in-depth investigation into whether German government support for DB Cargo complies with state aid rules. A complaint alleged that the support measures constitute incompatible state aid and give DB Cargo an undue advantage. DB AG and DB Cargo denied that DB Cargo received illegal state aid and said they had acted in accordance with European law.

Warburg Pincus announced the sale of inexio to EQT Infrastructure. Co-shareholders Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and other minority investors are selling their stakes alongside Warburg Pincus. Completion is subject to approval by antitrust authorities.
