DEUTZ announces acquisition of FFG Flensburger Fahrzeugbau for around €1.6 billion
DEUTZ has concluded an agreement for the full acquisition of FFG Flensburger Fahrzeugbau Gesellschaft mbH for a purchase price of around 1.6 billion euros. The two companies aim to establish a leading European systems provider for military vehicles, powertrains and energy solutions, with FFG to remain operationally independent and form the core of DEUTZ's Defence business unit. The transaction is subject to approval by DEUTZ shareholders and relevant authorities, with an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 24 August 2026 and completion expected between the end of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027.

DEUTZ announces purchase of Futavis
DEUTZ AG announced its purchase of Futavis GmbH, a developer of battery management hardware and software. The purchase price was not disclosed.
