Magnit completed its acquisition of the DIXY retail chain. Its operating subsidiary acquired 100% of the shares in DIXY Holding Limited; the acquired retail business included stores operating under the DIXY and Megamart brands.

Magnit receives FAS approval for DIXY acquisition
Magnit announced that it received approval from Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service for its acquisition of 100% of the shares of DIXY Holding Limited. The approval prescription excludes 142 DIXY convenience stores in 53 municipalities from the deal perimeter.
