Hertz sells substantially all Donlen business assets to Athene
Hertz Global sold substantially all assets of its Donlen vehicle leasing and fleet management business to Athene Holding Ltd. on March 30, 2021, for $891 million in cash proceeds, subject to certain adjustments.

Hertz announces agreement to sell Donlen to Athene
Hertz Global Holdings announced that it had entered into a stock and asset purchase agreement to sell substantially all of Donlen's assets to Athene, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval and a court-supervised sales process. The sale was proposed, not completed.
