    Dongbei Group and Executives Penalized by CSRC for Concealing Related-Party Transactions

    The CSRC found that Huangshi Dongbei Electromechanical Group instructed Dongbei B-shares to fail to disclose, or fail to truthfully disclose, its related-party relationships and transactions with Huangshi Aibo Technology and Wuhu Faruixi from 2006 to 2011. In 2014, Dongbei Group was ordered to correct, warned, and fined 300,000 yuan; Yang Baichang was fined 50,000 yuan, and Zhu Jinming and two others were each fined 30,000 yuan; investors subsequently filed lawsuits claiming false statements.
