DRC Systems India board approves complete divestment of 49.18% stake in Inexture Solutions
The board of DRC Systems India Limited approved the complete divestment of the company's entire 49.18 percent stake in its associate company Inexture Solutions Limited, after which Inexture will cease to be an associate of DRC Systems. The agreement for sale is expected to be executed on or before October 26, 2026, with the disposal scheduled to be completed within sixty days, and the consideration will not exceed Rupees 1.02 Crores.

DRC Systems India board approves acquiring 49.00% stake in Skizzle Technolabs directly from existing shareholders
The board of DRC Systems India Limited approved acquiring a 49.00 percent stake in Skizzle Technolabs India Private Limited directly from existing shareholders for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rupees Two Crores, revising the earlier May 18, 2026 proposal of investing up to Rupees Two Crores rather than making a fresh investment. Upon completion, Skizzle will become an Associate Company of DRC Systems India Limited. The acquisition is set to be completed in one or more tranches on or before March 31, 2027, subject to due diligence, execution of definitive documents, and necessary approvals.
