Elephant filed a lawsuit against Durex over alleged copying
Elephant said it filed a lawsuit against Durex and its production supplier, general distributor, and offline distributors on April 21, 2021. Elephant alleged that Durex's 001 condom product and advertising closely resembled Elephant's earlier packaging design and advertising. The report says the Beijing Intellectual Property Court formally accepted the case.
