Dynasty Gold announces plan to acquire Teck's Thundercloud interest
Dynasty Gold announced that it had signed an amending agreement under which it would be deemed to have exercised its option on the Thundercloud gold property. Completion of a cash payment would result in Dynasty acquiring 100% of Teck's interest, subject to Teck retaining a royalty.

Dynasty Gold closes private placement
Dynasty Gold announced that, subject to Exchange approval, it closed a non-brokered private placement of 4,000,000 units for gross proceeds of $200,000. The company said it would use the proceeds for general working capital.
