    Astara Capital Partners acquires Dynatec Systems

    Astara Capital Partners, L.P., a middle-market private equity firm, announced on August 13, 2026 that it has acquired Dynatec Systems, a Burlington, New Jersey-based provider of membrane-based industrial wastewater treatment systems and aftermarket products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the transaction, Dynatec will be led by an accomplished leadership team, with Hu Fleming joining the Board of Directors as Executive Chairman and founder Tom Doherty remaining with the business and retaining a meaningful ownership stake.
