Qbuzz delivery and spare-parts dispute

Ebusco reportedly failed to deliver 59 buses to Qbuzz by the agreed deadline and did not provide all required spare parts for vehicles already operating in the fleet. Qbuzz reported that about 10 percent of its buses were out of service, sought compensation for the delay and later seized approximately €1.2 million from Ebusco's bank accounts after the compensation was not paid.
