EQT Infrastructure is acquiring EdgeConneX from an investor group led by Providence Equity Partners in a deal reported to be worth $2.5 billion to $3 billion. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020; after completion, EQT will own an 85 percent stake in EdgeConneX.
