    Habco, a portfolio company of private equity firm Blackford Capital, has acquired EG Middleton, a century-old Virginia electrical contractor with about 120 employees, including more than 100 electricians, whose customers include the US Navy, Dominion Energy and Newport News Shipbuilding.
