Electrica signs agreements to acquire stakes in three renewable energy project companies
Electrica signed agreements with Emanuel Muntmark and Catalin Mrejeru to acquire their shares in Crucea Power Park SRL, Sunwind Energy SRL and New Trend Energy SRL. The agreements provide for payment in stages subject to project development stages and conditions precedent.

Electrica completes merger of two energy services companies
Electrica completed the merger of FISE Electrica Serv and SEMU; from 1 December 2020, the Group's energy services were to be carried out under FISE Electrica Serv.
