    After a lengthy legal dispute involving Emtel, the ICTA, the responsible ministry and Cellplus, the Supreme Court of Mauritius ruled that Cellplus’s exclusive GSM operating rights amounted to unfair competition. The court ordered compensation of Rs 554.19 million for Emtel.
