    Arkora Hydro (ARKO) completed the acquisition of a 99.9% stake in Endorshine Energy Solutions, which owns and operates solar power plants in Batam and Bintan in the Riau Islands. Endorshine now operates under Arkora Tenaga Matahari (ATM), an ARKO subsidiary, giving ARKO its first solar power plant portfolio with two plants totaling 21.3 MWp.
