Swedish company Enea acquired Dublin-headquartered AdaptiveMobile Security in a deal worth €45 million. Enea’s CEO said the acquisition strengthens its cybersecurity portfolio and expands its market presence and offering to operators.

Enea announced a joint proof of concept with flexiWAN and Intel demonstrating a reference solution for secure SD-WAN based on open-source applications. The solution was to be showcased at the SDN NFV World Congress in The Hague, October 14–17.
