    Lead contamination in selected school water samples

    During Hong Kong’s 2015 drinking-water lead controversy, ESF collected more than 300 samples from its schools. One sample at each of King George V School, Sha Tin College, South Island School, and West Island School was reported as exceeding government guidelines. The affected water sources were withdrawn from use while investigations were conducted.
