Estée Lauder apologizes over foundation-color incident
Estée Lauder apologized after a customer alleged that a Seoul department store selling its products online switched the color of her ordered foundation and included a note saying the product did not suit Asian skin. The company said it would strengthen employee training and was preparing to contact the customer to apologize.
