Acwa Field Services, the field maintenance and technical services subsidiary of Saudi-listed Acwa, acquired EthosEnergy's steam turbine services business in Wrocław, Poland, transferring 85 employees, specialist equipment, intellectual property, established contracts and a contracted service backlog. The business will operate as Acwa Field Services Poland, marking Acwa Field Services' first entry into the European Union. The deal value was not disclosed.
