Vinkel Bioenergi acquired by a joint venture
Maigaard & Molbech and European Energy jointly acquired Danish biogas producer Vinkel Bioenergi. The transaction will integrate Vinkel Bioenergi and its employees as a wholly owned subsidiary of the new JV holding company, BioCirc ApS.
