HDFC Life agrees to acquire Exide Life Insurance
HDFC Life agreed to acquire Exide Life Insurance for Rs 6,687 crore, with Rs 726 crore to be paid in cash and the remainder through HDFC Life shares issued to Exide Life's parent.
