Falck announces sale of its roadside assistance business in five countries
Falck said it had sold its Roadside Assistance business in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia and Lithuania to Gjensidige Forsikring. The transaction remained subject to approval by competition authorities and Norway’s Financial Supervisory Authority, and Falck said it still owned the business during a transition period.

Falck and Kitty Hawk announce emergency-response aircraft collaboration
Falck and Kitty Hawk announced a collaboration to establish a joint innovation platform for evaluating Kitty Hawk's Project Heaviside aircraft for emergency-response operations. The companies said they would first work on bringing the aircraft to emergency services in Denmark, with other areas to follow.
