    euShipments Group acquires Slovak fulfillment company FHB Group

    euShipments Group, a leading CEE eCommerce logistics provider with a presence in Romania through its subsidiary euShipments Romania (formerly Helpship), has acquired a 100% stake in Slovak fulfillment operator FHB Group. FHB Group will be fully integrated into the euShipments Group network, and the existing management team will take over management of the newly acquired FHB Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
