    A vulnerability in a First American web application reportedly allowed anyone with a browser to access documents by changing a digit in a URL. The exposed materials reportedly included bank-account information, mortgage and tax records, Social Security numbers, wire-transfer receipts, and driver's-license images, with potentially hundreds of millions of files involved. First American disabled external access and began an internal investigation.
