Luminate Bank acquires First State Mortgage Services
Luminate Bank announced the acquisition of First State Mortgage Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of First State Bank, bringing 43 First State Mortgage team members including roughly 26 originators and CEO Rene Shaffer into the Minneapolis-based bank. Financial terms were not disclosed.
