Kotsovolos agrees to acquire Flanco
PPC Group announced that its subsidiary Kotsovolos signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Romanian retailer Flanco from its shareholders, for a consideration corresponding to an enterprise value of 35 million euros. Completion is expected by the end of 2026 and is subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
